  • Account Data: Email address or Apple Sign-In ID, first name, surname, username.
  • Authentication: Managed by Supabase.
  • Avatars: Stored in Supabase storage.
  • App Data: Friendships, RSVPs, event interactions, organisation content (stored in PostgreSQL).

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and improve the App
  • Authenticate accounts and allow login
  • Store and display avatars
  • Enable RSVPs, friend connections, and event discovery
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse

4. Legal Basis

  • Contract: To provide the App’s features and services.
  • Consent: Where you explicitly allow certain features (e.g., calendar access).
  • Legitimate interests: Fraud prevention, service improvement, and analytics.

5. Data Processors

  • Supabase (authentication & avatar storage)

6. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active.
  • You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
  • Backups may be retained for a limited period for security and recovery.

Our services are available globally. Data may be transferred outside the EU, with GDPR-level protections ensured through our processors.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption and restricted access controls.
